Welcome to the website of the Indonesian Consulate General in Los Angeles. The Consulate covers  the state of Arizona, (Southern) California, Colorado, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming and a couple of islands in the Pacific.

PROCEDURE FOR DOCUMENT LEGALIZATION

 

  • Send document/s to: "Indonesian Consulate General  Att. Consular Section 3457 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90010"
  • Payment to the Indonesian Consulate General. US $ 20.00 per document (by Cashier Check or Money Order).
  • If you send by mail or Fedex, do not forget to attached selft stamp address enveloped or account number of your Fedex for return a document to you.
  • If the Indonesian Consulate/Consular Section  receive  the document before 10:00 o'clock, we will send back to you the same day.
  • Before sending a document to Indonesian Consulate, the document must be notarized (by notary public), and also authenticated by County Clerk or Chamber of Commerce  or Department of State.
  • Make extra copies of your document  for our file.




REQUIREMENTS FOR LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

 

  • Name of Company
  • Date Established - for example, March 17, 2001
  • President / Chief Executive Office
  • Address
  • Type of Business
  • Certificate of Status - for example, Coporation established under laws of California
  • A copy of Company's Annual Report (latest edition)
  • A copy of letter from bank regarding history of accounts and status financial information (balance sheet & income statement)
  • US $ 25.00 fee for processing of letter
  • Federal Express package for mailing of letter directly to the company after being completed by Consul for Economic Affairs.
