Welcome to the website of the Indonesian Consulate General in Los Angeles. The Consulate covers  the state of Arizona, (Southern) California, Colorado, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming and a couple of islands in the Pacific.

: Monday - Friday
Application: 10.00 AM - 12.00 Noon
Pick up

: 13.30 PM - 16.00 PM  

: 14.00 PM - 16.00 PM (Friday)

Visa will be processed in 3 (three) working days

 

 

LENGTH OF STAY
 As requested, but not to exceed 60 days
 REQUIREMENTS: 
  • A LETTER IN DUPLICATE FROM EMPLOYER SPONSOR, stating the purpose of visit and guarantee all transportation, sufficient fund for living expenses during your stay in Indonesia.
  • VALID PASSPORT (to be submitted when applying visa). PASSPORT MUST BE VALID MORE THAN SIX (6) MONTHS from the time the visa application is submitted to this office.
  • Two (2) Passport size photographs to be stapled/attached on the visitor's visa application forms (each person has to fill out two (2) applications). Form may be obtained from this office.
 
VISA FEES:		 
  • $45, 00 per person for SINGLE ENTRY VISA (valid 1 month – 2 months)
  • $100.00 per person for MULTIPLE ENTRY VISA (valid 12 months )
  • VTT (Visa Tinggal Terbatas) or Limited Stay Visa
  • $50 [30 days – 6 months]
  • $100 [6 months – 1 year]
  • $175 [1 year – 2 years]
 VALIDITY:  Good for single entry within three (3) months from date of issue.
 
VISA BY MAIL

 

  • Visa could be obtained by mail. 
  • When you mail the completed visa application, kindly include inside a self addressed and stamped envelope (or postage sufficient for certified mail) for the return of the processed passport. 
  • The visa fees should be sent in a bank/postal money order payable to: "Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia - Los Angeles". Please be advised that no personal check is accepted.

RETURN/ONWARD TICKETS (AIRLINES/SHIP ) ARE REQUESTED BY INDONESIAN  IMMIGRATION SERVICE OFFICIALS UPON ARRIVAL
